The Rt. Rev. Morris K. Thompson has issued the following statement asking all people of the Diocese of Louisiana to wear orange on June 2 – National Gun Violence Prevention Day. “Orange is the color that speaks loudly in the forest. On June 2nd let it toll with vigor in the city where violence is all too common. Speak boldly and wear orange.”
