On Friday, February 27, 2015 at Trinity Episcopal Church in New Orleans, the Rev. Hi-Jae Peter Kang was installed to the Sacred Order of Priests. The ordination took place during the 178th Convention where we celebrated 25 years of prison ministry at the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola. Fr. Peter is serving as a prison chaplain at Angola as well as part-time Priest-in-Charge at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Innis. He was sponsored by Grace Episcopal Church of West Feleciana Parish in St. Francisiville.
